What ingredients do you use in your soaps?

Our soaps are hand-crafted using the cold-process method and made with with high-quality, natural ingredients. We incorporate ingredients like essential oils, plant-based butters, such as shea or cocoa butters into different products as well as our soaps; and we also use sustainable oils like olive & coconut oil, which provide moisture to your skin for added benefit. All our soaps are made in small batches, and have a cure time of about 4-6 weeks. In some of our products we incorporate herbs ,botanicals and even real food, such as pumpkin puree, dried saskatoons, green tea and beer. Locally sourced beeswax and honey is put in many products as well! For a full list of ingredients, please check the product description for each products.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We are committed to creating ethical and eco-friendly soaps.
Do you offer unscented or hypoallergenic options?

Absolutely! We offer unscented and hypoallergenic soaps specially crafted for sensitive skin types. Please reach out to me if you need help with options that are best for you!
How long do your soaps last?

Our soaps are long-lasting, typically lasting 4–6 weeks with proper care. To extend their life, keep them in a well-drained soap dish. It can be a good idea to take the soap out of the shower between uses to prevent it from being soft and wet between uses. If the soap remains exposed to moisture, it can dissolve more quickly
Do our soaps contain lye?

No. Our soaps are made using lye as part of the soap making process, but after the saponification process(the awesome chemical reaction that turn oils in to soap), no lye remains in the finished product. The final result is gentle, nourishing soap that are totally safe to use on your skin!
Can I return a product?

Our return policy is based on customer satisfaction. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been used. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us with in 7 days of purchase. We are committed to our customers & providing high quality products, and will address any concerns you may have.
How can I place an order?

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes, we can provide gift wrapping and special packaging options for all occasions, at an additional cost. Simply select the option at checkout or let us know your requirements.
How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within Canada. For expedited shipping, additional charges apply.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada, but we’re exploring international shipping options. Stay tuned!
What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
What happens after I order?

Orders are assembled in the order they are received, and we will process them as quickly as we possibly can. Once an order is placed it is not possible to add to your order, you'll have to create a new order. If there are any damages to the parcel or products, please contact us with in 48hrs of purchase, but the customer is responsible for contacting shipping providers for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed. If "local pick up" has been selected we will be in contact to make further arrangements.
Are your products environmentally friendly?

Yes, we prioritize sustainability by using eco-friendly ingredients and we strive to minimizing waste during production. We also use many locally sourced ingredients to reduce our carbon footprint.
